We have always found it to be more cost effective to group services together so that you pay only for the man-hours involved in effecting service of process

Service of Process Out of State (beyond New York, New Jersey, Connecticut). This includes Canada	$175 min	Many factors impact on cost of process out of state, including the difficulty of completing the task. We may elect to contract with an associated private investigator or experienced process server, depending on the factors involved. By convention in some states, a fee is imposed for each service, even if effected by one delivery
New York State Secretary of State, Albany, NY	$90	This is per corporation or other business entity for which the NYS Secretary of State may accept process. Add overnight delivery per order (generally $32). Fee to Secretary of State is $40. $7 fee for use of our funds to make this disbursement.
Secretary of State or other state office for service on behalf of a corporation or business entity	$85 minimum	Each state has different requirements or procedures to effect service upon a domestic or foreign corporation or business entity in its jurisdiction. We will be glad to advise you of the service requirements and associated fees for any particular situation.
Service of Process in Foreign Countries (other than Canada)	$350 min	As with out of state service, many factors impact on the cost and the ability to effect civil process in any particular country. Documents may need to be translated into the native language. Special care must be taken to assure that it is legal in that country to serve process in a matter before a court or tribunal of a non-native country. The person(s) providing the service must be authorized to perform that service in the country. And care must be taken to assure that affidavits of service, in proper form, fully and completely notarized are prepared and return on a timely basis. Service via the Hague Convention may also be possible, while at the same time not desirable.

* Notice: All fees reflect a fifty percent (50%) discount off standard fees and are based upon agreement with client that all fees and disbursements shall be paid within thirty (30) days from the date any invoice is issued. Target Research Services, Inc., including any and all agents and assigns, reserves the right, for any invoice which may become in arrears, to: 1. Charge finance, carrying and/or collection charges at a rate calculated at a monthly percentage of the TOTAL amount of such invoice due of not less than two percent (2%) for each month or part thereof from the month during which the invoice was issued; 2. Recalculate the fees therein charged to reflect standard fees and to reissue invoice; 3. Reserve all other legal rights and remedies to itself.

ALL PERSONS AND ALL ENTITIES (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE) WHICH MAY CONTRACT WITH TARGET RESEARCH SERVICES, INC. ARE DEEMED TO BE FAMILIAR WITH AND TO AGREE TO ALL TERMS FOR CHARGES AND PAYMENT AS HEREIN STATED. THE PERSON OR ENTITY TO WHICH ANY INVOICE IS ADDRESSED IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT. TARGET RESEARCH SERVICES, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK PAYMENT FROM ALL OTHERS FOR WHOM, OR ON BEHALF OF WHOM, THE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE PERSON OR ENTITY MAY HAVE BEEN ACTING AS COUNSEL, AGENT, OR OTHERWISE. HOWEVER, NOTHING SHALL BE DEEMED TO RELIEVE THE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE PERSON OR ENTITY FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT.
